How fast can you get to a Naples emergency?
Daytime emergencies anywhere in Collier are typically a 1–3 hour response. Overnight and holiday calls go out as soon as the on-call tech reaches the truck. Trucks dispatch from the Railhead shop in North Naples carrying springs, cables, and opener parts for the doors we see most — most emergencies are stabilized or fully fixed in a single visit.
My door’s stuck open. What do I do until you arrive?
Don’t try to pull it down by hand — especially with a broken spring. A 200+ lb door coming down on a finger or a foot is bad day. Pull the manual release rope only if the door is fully open or fully closed (not in motion). Park inside, lock the side door, call us. We’ll talk you through stabilizing while the truck rolls.
Is there an after-hours surcharge?
Standard repair pricing during business hours. After-hours and weekend calls carry a dispatch surcharge that’s quoted up front before the truck rolls — not added to your invoice on arrival. If the situation can safely wait until morning, the dispatcher will tell you. We’d rather save you the call-out than pad an invoice.
Storm or impact damage — do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. We stabilize, weatherize, and document the damage for your insurance claim — itemized scope, photos, manufacturer NOA references for impact-rated panels. We’ve done this with most Naples-area carriers. Bring us the claim number and we’ll work direct with the adjuster.
What if it’s not actually an emergency?
Call us anyway — we’d rather hear from you and tell you it can wait than have you find out the hard way at 2 AM. The dispatcher will triage, set you up for a same-day or next-day slot, and skip the after-hours surcharge. No charge to talk it through.
