How fast can you get to a West Palm Beach emergency?

My door’s stuck open. What do I do until you arrive?

Is there an after-hours surcharge?
Standard repair pricing during business hours. After-hours and weekend calls carry a dispatch surcharge that’s quoted up front before the truck rolls — not added to your invoice on arrival. If the situation can safely wait until morning, the dispatcher will tell you. We’d rather save you the call-out than pad an invoice.
Storm or impact damage — do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. We stabilize, weatherize, and document the damage for your insurance claim — itemized scope, photos, manufacturer NOA references for impact-rated panels. We’ve done this with most West Palm Beach-area carriers. Bring us the claim number and we’ll work direct with the adjuster.
What if it’s not actually an emergency?
Call us anyway — we’d rather hear from you and tell you it can wait than have you find out the hard way at 2 AM. The dispatcher will triage, set you up for a same-day or next-day slot, and skip the after-hours surcharge. No charge to talk it through.
